I was lucky enough to be at the Redwoods Treewalk in Rotorua in New Zealand earlier this year. 

What a treat. It is about a 40 minute walk on suspension bridges sitting above and amongst stunning greenery including giant redwood trees and various ferns. 

It was serene. Beautiful. And green everywhere I looked. If I wasn't already a paid up member of the Greenery loving club, this experience would have swayed me.

 

The well-being advantage of being among green, looking onto it outside from inside, adding indoor plants to your rooms or however you can connect with green is powerful.
