The Greenery Loyalty Program — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Greenery Loyalty Program, where every purchase helps your garden—and your rewards—grow. By joining, you agree to the following terms, designed to keep things fair, transparent, and blooming with possibility.

1. Eligibility

  • The program is open to individuals aged 18 and over who shop in-store at The Greenery.
  • Wholesale customers are not eligible at this time.

2. Enrollment

  • Customers are automatically enrolled when they provide their details at checkout.
  • When joining the loyalty program you agree to also be added to our mailing list.
  • Participation in the program implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store, excluding gift cards, services, unless otherwise stated.
  • Members earn 2 points for every $1 spent in-store on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
  • Points are added at the time of purchase and linked to your loyalty account.

4. Redeeming Rewards

  • Once you’ve earned 500 points, you’ll receive a $25 reward.
  • Rewards can be redeemed on any purchase of $25 or more.
  • Rewards are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be used on gift cards.
  • Only one reward may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.

5. Expiry & Forfeiture

  • Points and rewards may expire after 12 months of inactivity.
  • The Greenery reserves the right to revoke points or rewards in cases of misuse or account closure.

6. Program Changes

  • We may modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time, including point values, reward thresholds, and eligibility criteria.
  • Any changes will be communicated via signage, email, or our website.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your information is used solely to administer the loyalty program and communicate relevant offers.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Greenery is not liable for delays, errors, or technical issues affecting point accrual or reward redemption.
